How can I make an exchange or return?

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment. More information in the Purchase conditions. Bestlady.co.uk reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

At Bestlady online store, you will be able to make a return or request an exchange in size or colour.

Can I keep the original item after requesting an online exchange at bestlady.co.uk ?

No. If 14 days have passed since requesting the exchange and we have not received the original items, you will be charged the amount using the original payment method.

Once I have exchanged an item, can I return online the new item at bestlady.co.uk?

Yes. You can return it within 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment of the new order.

Do I have to set up an account on bestlady.co.uk to place an order?

No. to shop on bestlady you are not required to create an account with us, you can always check out as a quest, but if you do set up an account with us it will enable you to enjoy the following benefits:

How do I place an order online?

To shop with us, browse through our different categories. Once you find an item you like you can add it to your bag by selecting your preferred size, colour and quantity and then clicking the “Add to shopping bag” button.

– You can see that the item has been added successfully to your “shopping bag” when it drops down from the upper right-hand corner of the site.
– You can now continue shopping or click on “View Bag and Checkout” in the dropdown Shopping Bag.
– Once you reach the checkout page you can either sign into your account if you haven’t already, or you can checkout as a quest. In all cases you will be asked to enter your name, address, and telephone number.
– You can then proceed to choose your preferred mode of payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or paypal) and enter your payment details.
– After you have completed all the sections simply click “Place Order”. An email confirming your order with bestlady will be sent to you

What should I do if I forget my password?

How do I use a promotion code?

Once you click ‘View Shopping Bag and Checkout’, you will be re-directed to the ‘View Shopping Bag’ page. Here you will find a field to enter your coupon code. Your order total will be adjusted accordingly.

How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?

Bestlady charges a very flat rate for shipping both to the UK and to overseas, for a detailed shipping cost to your area of residence, please do check out shipping cost.

How soon will I receive my order?

Please note that BESTLADY aims to dispatch all orders within 5 to 8 working days (this may take a bit longer during sale periods) unless otherwise stated on the Site. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the local customs clearance processes.

Can I ship to an address different than my billing address?

Yes, you can. Just enter the address you want to ship to in the shipping address fields at checkout and your item will be delivered to that address.

What countries does BESTLADY ship to?

Bestlady ship ships to the whole world but bear in mind that the shipping cost will be covered by you. If your county of residence is not one of the ones listed on our estimated shipping costs, please do contact us on info@bestlady.co.uk so we can let you know how much the shipping will cost prior to placing your order.

Can I exchange or return any item?

Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition and has all its labels on it. Keep the following exceptions in mind:

– Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.

– Underwear: underwear items may not be exchanged or returned, except for tops, bodysuits and vests from the Kids’ section kept in their original packaging.

– Accessories: must be returned in their full original packaging.

– Fragrances: must be returned in the original sealed packaging.

When will I receive the refund for my return?

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank.

How can I track the status of my order?

You can view and track your orders on bestlady.co.uk in one of the following ways:
– If you have a bestlady account please Sign in and follow the below steps:
– Click My Account at the top of the home page
– From the ‘My Account’ page, click ‘My Orders’
– Your previously placed orders will be listed, along with their current status
– To view the order in detail, click on ‘View Order’
– To track you order, click on the tracking link under ‘Status’.

Can I return items?

Yes of course you can and returns are free. If you have a bestlady.co.uk account you can sign in and make a return directly from there or you can contact us at sales@bestlady.co.uk and we will assist you with the process. For more information please see our Returns and Refunds policy.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Once bestlady has received your return and it complies with our Returns Policy, we will refund you in full, minus the shipping costs as well as Customs duties, taxes, clearance and handling fees which are non-refundable since they are paid to third parties.

Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Will you charge customs duties on my order?

Please bear in mind that some countries charge customs duties and taxes for imported goods, which are calculated and itemized at checkout. If your country is one of those that charges customs duties, then it will be your responsible to settle this cost when your goods get delivered.

Is my package insured?

All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from bestlady to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged package.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Bestlady accepts paypal, Stripe Pay, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments.
